Almost a week later!

What a difference a week makes! Kendra didn't smile much the first few days, but she's found it again! Her pain is getting better-slightly longer between doses of medicine. Her swelling has gone down a bit. She is starting to sleep better at night (us too)! We have a Dr. visit tomorrow. If everything is still aligned, she will get a hard cast in another week. If everything is not aligned, well, we'll cross that bridge if we get there!

We want to THANK YOU to ALL of you for your generosity at our time of need. I cannot tell you how many phone calls, cards, e-mails, texts, visits, meals, gifts, packages, etc. we have received. It is really overwhelming! You have really kept us going! We are so grateful! You are the BEST!!! You have put a smile on Kendra's face and that is truly priceless!

Grandma S. to the rescue. She came on Thursday and left tonight. We were sad to see her go! She made a mermaid tail to cover Kendra's broken leg! She's going to wear it to the Dr. office tomorrow!


No one does breakfast in bed like Grandma! Yum!
